Description

You will design and execute automated testing strategies for Java middleware and software applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute formal test plans, including writing test cases and defining business scenarios.
• Create Python scripts for Java middleware development and manage API testing using REST, JSON, and Swagger.
• Track quality assurance metrics such as defect counts, test results, and overall test status.
• Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies to meet project milestones.
• Perform quality audits and provide process training to technical staff to ensure adherence to standards.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of overall QA testing experience.
• At least 2 years of hand-coded Python scripting experience.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing and Java-based QA testing.
• Proficiency with API testing, REST, JSON, and Swagger.
• Experience using Jenkins and Splunk for testing and monitoring.
• Experience with test case management tools like Octane.
• Experience working in an Agile environment using the Scrum framework.
• Knowledge of Javascript or Jscript.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with media planning and buying workflows or software systems.
• Experience with Windows software QA.
