Description

Build software to quality standards using distributed enterprise frameworks and manage testing within microservices architectures.

Responsibilities

• Build software to expected quality standards using distributed enterprise frameworks.
• Participate in code, test, and quality reviews.
• Debug software components and identify defects for remediation.
• Enable deployment, support, and monitoring across test, integration, and production environments.
• Automate deployments and scale applications based on demand projections.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Java (8, 11, and 17).
• Minimum 1 year of experience with GoLang.
• Strong SDET/QA skillset with Test Driven Development and JUnit.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• Experience with Kafka, integrations, and event-driven microservices architecture.
• Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with CI/CD tools, Jenkins, and GitHub.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Splunk, Kibana, Grafana).
• Proficiency with Git, IntelliJ, and Redhat JBoss.
• Knowledge of microservices-based application development and distributed systems.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of reactive programming (Vert.X) and BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
• Experience with JMeter for performance testing and caching mechanisms.
• Familiarity with Cloud computing and infrastructure components.
