Description

You will lead automation testing efforts and drive quality throughout the full development lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-sprint test automation across multiple platforms and technologies.
• Manage end-to-end issue and defect lifecycles.
• Implement testing strategies within Agile software development and cloud deployment environments.
• Perform non-functional testing, including performance, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery.
• Oversee test case management and integration with CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total experience in software testing.
• 3-4 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
• Expertise in Python, C#, or Java.
• Extensive experience with Selenium, Parasoft, and DB testing.
• Proficiency with Robot Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Gitlab integration and modern testing development practices.
• Background in banking or capital markets environments.
• Knowledge of cloud migration testing.
