Description

Own test automation strategy, framework design, and API validation for web and service endpoints.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks using POM, Hybrid, or BDD/Cucumber patterns.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts for REST APIs using JSON/XML payloads.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
• Manage source control and build configurations using Git, Maven, or Gradle.
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to define SDLC and STLC standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and TestNG or JUnit.
• Proficiency in Java or Python programming.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and XML structures.
• Experience with API automation tools such as Postman, Swagger, RestAssured, or Karate.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency with Git for version control and Maven/Gradle for build management.
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with BDD/Cucumber implementation.
