Description

Lead the design and implementation of software and firmware automation test architectures for a team of two.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and debug test automation frameworks and architectures.
• Own the end-to-end test strategy, including script design, execution, and environment design.
• Lead script code reviews and provide technical guidance on automation best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather automation requirements and project objectives.
• Provide training and technical support to enhance automation skills within the team.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in testing and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Java Selenium.
• Proficiency with WebdriverIO.
• Experience with Guidewire Test Automation framework.
• Expertise in building and maintaining Automation Frameworks.
• Ability to perform technical analysis of market test frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Strong functional and automation testing qualifications.
