Description

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of automation frameworks to support QA scenarios.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation frameworks based on foundational principles in collaboration with functional QA leads and back-end Java engineers.
• Lead a team of SDET engineers to build automation scripts and maintain testing programs.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure execution during all build and deployment phases.
• Own the QA automation roadmap in collaboration with Senior Architects and Staff Engineers.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues related to test scripts and participate in daily stand-ups to review dev and support incidents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SDET roles.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug complex test scripts.
• Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with back-end Java environments.
• Knowledge of cloud computing for platform scalability.
• Ability to lead technical teams and drive automation roadmaps.
