Description

Own the test automation strategy and framework development for Fidelity’s software delivery pipelines. You will design, build, and maintain scalable automated testing solutions that ensure high-quality releases.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test scripts using Cucumber, Fitnesse, Selenium, TestNG, and SoapUI.
• Create and implement robust test automation frameworks aligned with project objectives and quality standards.
• Integrate automated tests into continuous integration pipelines using Jenkins for efficient build verification.
• Collaborate with development teams to support Agile methodologies, including test-driven development (TDD) and static code analysis.
• Document test plans, cases, and results clearly, and provide feedback for process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Strong proficiency in test automation tools: Cucumber, Fitnesse, Selenium, TestNG, and SoapUI.
• Experience with continuous integration tools, specifically Jenkins.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Familiarity with static code analysis tools and test-driven development (TDD) principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
