Description

You design, execute, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright and TypeScript to ensure software functionality and interface integrity. You own the quality assurance lifecycle, translating customer requirements into robust automated strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven testing strategies for API and web applications.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git.
• Participate in product specification and code reviews to identify risks early.
• Support functional, security, stress, and failure injection testing.
• Evaluate test results to support go/no-go release decisions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET).
• Proficiency in Playwright for API and web automation.
• Strong coding skills in Python, JavaScript, C#, or Java.
• Experience with performance testing tools, specifically JMeter.
• Familiarity with CI/CD environments and DevOps tools.
• Knowledge of TDD, BDD, and ATDD methodologies in agile settings.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Octopus Deploy.
