Description

You will build and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure product quality across web and API layers.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation testing frameworks and write automated test cases using Selenium and Java.
• Execute ATDD, API, and webservice tests using Java libraries for integration testing.
• Design, implement, and run automated build acceptance and regression test suites.
• Diagnose coding issues by interpreting test results and collaborating with developers and QA functional teams.
• Perform manual functional tests and participate in the shift-left process to enable early automation.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience in software development in test roles.
• Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and core Java.
• Experience writing and executing API tests using REST APIs, JSON, SOAP, and XML.
• Hands-on experience with Maven for build management, modularity, and dependencies.
• Experience performing test automation within a continuous integration (CI/CD) environment.
• Working knowledge of GitHub branching processes and performing code reviews.
• Ability to execute SQL queries to test database tables.
• Understanding of UNIX commands and shell scripting.
• Experience with Eclipse, Visual Studio Code, Postman, and SOAP UI.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cypress, JavaScript, C#, or Python.
• Mobile automation experience using Appium.
• Automation script execution using Docker/Containers on AWS or Azure.
