Description

Own end-to-end quality control and assurance activities, including test planning, execution, and defect reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, create test cases, and report defects based on product requirements.
• Automate functional test cases for UIs and APIs using Java or Python.
• Write SQL queries to support testing and data validation.
• Integrate testing suites into the DevOps delivery pipeline using GitLab or Jenkins.
• Execute test scripts, analyze results, and recommend corrections to development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of QA test engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Java and Selenium for front-end and back-end testing.
• Experience with Python and scripting (Bash, Shell scripting).
• Strong API testing exposure using tools like ReadyAPI, Rest Assured, or Karate.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Experience working with databases and writing SQL queries.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab or Jenkins.
• DevOps background knowledge.

Preferred Skills

• BS in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
