Lead test automation and strategy for end-to-end payments processing, ensuring zero-defect financial transaction workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for domestic wires, SWIFT cross-border, ISO 20022, and real-time/batch payments.
• Design and maintain scalable Java-based test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Playwright for UI and API testing.
• Create and execute automated test cases validating complex payment flows, data transformations, and reporting for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Define testing scope, requirements, and success criteria for each release to ensure accurate verification of compliance, format validations, and data mapping.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in software test automation and QA.
• Strong expertise in Java-based testing tools and libraries.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Playwright.
• Proven track record leading QA efforts for complex, business-critical financial applications.
• Deep knowledge of banking and payments processes, including wire transfers and cross-border payments.
• Familiarity with ISO 20022 message standards (pacs.008, pacs.009, pain.001, camt.056) and SWIFT MT/MX conversions.
• Experience with real-time payment systems such as RTGS, SEPA, Fedwire, and CHIPS.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
