Description

You will design and maintain automated test frameworks for scalable, event-driven microservices.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, and Maven.
• Develop Kafka producer/consumer test utilities to validate message flows and event-driven architectures.
• Execute API testing using REST Assured or Postman and validate backend data with SQL.
• Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate with DevOps and product teams on sprint planning, defect triage, and quality metrics.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of QA automation experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG/JUnit.
• Experience testing Apache Kafka and event-driven microservices.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and backend testing.
• Experience with REST API testing tools such as REST Assured or Postman.
• Familiarity with Maven/Gradle and Git/GitHub.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira.
