Description

Lead quality engineering across front-end and back-end systems in an Agile environment.

Define test strategies and apply risk-based testing approaches. Execute front-end UI verification and back-end testing across databases, APIs, and services. Manage bug logging and report sprint-wise or monthly metrics on execution and automation. Perform story point estimation and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain test strategies for front-end and back-end components.
• Execute UI verification and backend testing against databases, APIs, and services.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Octopus.
• Manage bug logging and report execution metrics on a sprint-wise or monthly basis.
• Perform story point estimation and risk-based testing planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java programming.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and TestNG.
• Experience with API automation and testing.
• Strong SQL skills for database testing.
• Knowledge of AWS and AWS Lambda.
• Experience with Kafka messaging.
• Proficiency with Maven, Git, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Octopus.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
