Description

You will build and maintain AI-powered test automation frameworks and intelligent testing solutions. This role focuses on integrating machine learning concepts into test strategies to improve coverage, reliability, and self-healing capabilities.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain test automation frameworks for UI, API, and microservices testing using Selenium, Playwright, and other tools.
• Build AI-powered testing solutions using AWS Bedrock, LangChain, and context engineering to create self-healing test scripts.
• Integrate automation assets into CI/CD pipelines (CloudBees/Jenkins) and manage scalable environments using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Refactor code to optimize test performance, resolve infrastructure issues, and ensure reliable deployment of automation assets.
• Collaborate with Dev, QA, and DevOps teams to drive innovation in AI-driven testing practices and strategic problem-solving.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, LangChain, Pandas, and ML concepts for AI-based testing.
• Expertise in test automation tools including Selenium, Playwright, Puppeteer, TestCafe, or WebdriverIO.
• Experience with API testing frameworks and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (CloudBees/Jenkins), Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Experience building scalable testing agents and self-healing frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.
