Description

You will own automation and testing within a big data environment, ensuring quality across complex data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Groovy and Java.
• Test data workflows involving Spark, S3, DynamoDB, and Redshift.
• Execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and accuracy.
• Manage testing workflows through GitLab CI/CD and Jira X-ray.
• Collaborate with development and delivery teams to resolve defects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software testing experience.
• Strong coding skills in Java and Groovy.
• Hands-on experience testing AWS services including S3, Glue, and DynamoDB.
• Experience with Spark and Redshift data processing.
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• Experience with GitLab and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Familiarity with Jira and X-ray for test management.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
