Description

You will lead ETL test automation efforts and manage offshore engineering teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage offshore testing teams to ensure delivery quality.
• Develop ETL test automation frameworks using a programming language of choice.
• Execute complex ETL testing and perform SQL validation to verify data integrity.
• Communicate technical findings and business requirements clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of mandatory ETL testing experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data validation and query writing.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services.
• Proven experience in ETL test automation via programming.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong business communication skills.
