Lead testing and deployment technical vision while managing large-scale cross-functional projects. Drive root cause analysis for critical production issues and supervise offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan system and development deployments to ensure software compliance standards are met.
• Lead the discovery phase for large projects, developing high-level technical designs.
• Direct root cause analysis for critical business and production issues.
• Supervise work across cross-functional groups, including offshore associates.
• Document testing and maintenance procedures for application corrections and improvements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, and Responsive Design.
• 5+ years of experience with Node.js and React.js.
• 5+ years of frontend automation expertise.
• Experience setting up and debugging CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to build consensus and resolve conflicts.
• Proficiency in Web 2.0 technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working with eCommerce applications.
