Description

You will lead mobile and service test automation to ensure high-quality software releases.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Review Android and services test suites to provide recommendations for improved coverage.
• Identify testing gaps each sprint by leveraging QA tools to ensure new features and problem areas are covered.
• Partner with Tech Leads and QA DevOps to implement a shift-left approach for early defect identification.
• Optimize automation and manual regression suites to maintain a healthy and comprehensive test environment.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers using the 3 Amigos approach to refine acceptance criteria and business rules.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software testing or SDET roles.
• Strong expertise in Selenium.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline setup and technical assistance for QA implementation.
• Proven ability to perform production defect Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Experience following defined branching strategies and in-sprint automation goals.
• Ability to work onsite in Cincinnati, OH.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Appium for mobile automation.
• Experience with REST Assured.
• Previous experience in Consumer, Retail, Wholesale, or Distribution industries.
