Description

Manage Salesforce CPQ development and Copado-driven DevOps processes within an enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Copado components including pipelines, user stories, tasks, tests, and promotion processes.
• Execute back promotions across a wide-scale development pipeline supporting 40+ developer sandboxes.
• Design and implement scalable, automated CI/CD pipelines using Copado.
• Perform SFDC administration tasks to support releases and deployments.
• Troubleshoot deployment errors, merge conflicts, and environment-specific challenges.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of total hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ development.
• 2+ years of experience with Copado deployments and release management.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development lifecycle, including sandboxes, change sets, and metadata deployment.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows and automation tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
• Hands-on experience with source control systems like Git or SVN.
• Strong understanding of branching strategies, code merging, and versioning concepts.
• Ability to manage overlapping product release cycles.
