Description

Manage the full lifecycle of software initiatives from scope definition to delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, deliverables, resource requirements, work plans, budgets, and timelines with sponsors and cross-functional teams.
• Manage program and project teams to ensure optimal return on investment and coordinate cross-project initiatives.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks and opportunities across multiple departmental projects.
• Produce detailed program reports for managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery against established business goals while managing project budgets.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of project management experience.
• Prior professional experience as a software developer.
• Strong command of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Deep expertise in Agile project management models.
• Experience managing software products or SaaS-based products.
• Ability to manage budgets and resource allocation.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
