Description

Manage B2B Apple Services operations, focusing on debit control and revenue generation. You will oversee vendor and customer relationships to ensure service alignment and drive performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor and customer relationships to ensure service alignment.
• Oversee B2B Apple Services regarding debit control and revenue generation.
• Monitor Apple-specific KPIs including CSAT and ACSE scores.
• Drive performance metrics such as RepTAT, CCLR, and PPR.
• Manage warranty, out-of-warranty (OOW), and insurance call workflows.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in service delivery or operations management.
• Direct experience with Vendor Management.
• Direct experience with Customer Management.
• Proven track record in KPI and SLA Management.
• Deep understanding of RepTAT, CCLR, and PPR metrics.
• Knowledge of CSAT and ACSE score management.
• Experience managing Warranty, OOW, and Insurance call processes.
• Expertise in B2B Apple Services and revenue generation methods.
