Description

You will manage B2B Apple Services, focusing on debit control and revenue generation. You own vendor and customer relationships to ensure service alignment while driving Apple KPI performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor and customer relationships to ensure service alignment.
• Monitor and drive Apple KPI performance, including CSAT and ACSE scores.
• Oversee warranty, Out of Warranty (OOW), and insurance call workflows.
• Maintain service levels through strict KPI and SLA management.
• Optimize RepTAT, CCLR, and PPR metrics.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in B2B Apple Services.
• Direct experience with debit control and revenue generation methods.
• Proficiency in vendor and customer management.
• Deep understanding of Warranty and OOW processes.
• Expertise in insurance call handling.
• Proven track record managing CSAT and ACSE scores.
• Hands-on experience managing RepTAT, CCLR, and PPR.
• Ability to manage complex SLA and KPI requirements.
