Description

You will manage B2B Apple Services, focusing on debit control, revenue generation, and service alignment for vendor and customer relationships.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor and customer relationships to ensure service alignment and drive Apple KPI performance.
• Monitor and drive CSAT and ACSE scores through rigorous performance management.
• Oversee warranty, Out of Warranty (OOW), and insurance call workflows.
• Maintain strict KPI and SLA compliance while optimizing RepTAT, CCLR, and PPR metrics.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in B2B Apple Services.
• Direct experience with debit control and revenue generation methods.
• Proficiency in vendor and customer management.
• Deep understanding of Warranty and OOW processes.
• Expertise in insurance call handling.
• Proven track record managing CSAT and ACSE scores.
• Hands-on experience managing RepTAT, CCLR, and PPR metrics.
• Ability to manage complex SLA and KPI requirements.
