You will manage service delivery operations in a bilingual French and English environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage service delivery processes using The Self Diagnosis Method (SDM).
• Oversee quality control standards within the delivery lifecycle.
• Communicate technical and operational updates in both French and English.
• Apply hands-on expertise to support AS400 or C++ environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in French and English communication.
• Hands-on expertise in AS400 or C++.
• Experience with IBM iSeries.
• Knowledge of The Self Diagnosis Method (SDM).
• Experience in Quality Control.
• English as a Second Language (ESL) proficiency.

• University degree in any field.
