Responsibilities

• Manage service delivery processes using The Self Diagnosis Method (SDM).
• Communicate technical requirements and updates in both French and English.
• Oversee technical workflows involving IBM iSeries environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in service delivery.
• Proficiency in both French and English communication.
• Hands-on expertise with AS400 or C++.
• Experience with IBM iSeries.
• Knowledge of The Self Diagnosis Method (SDM).
• Background in ESL environments.
• Any graduate degree.
