Description

You will design and implement search engine solutions focused on relevance, scalability, and optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement search solutions to deliver high-quality relevance and performance.
• Develop and maintain search algorithms covering query processing, indexing, ranking, and scoring.
• Manage AWS-based infrastructure to ensure scalability and reliability of search services.
• Use Python to develop custom scripts, data processing pipelines, and search-related features.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to improve user satisfaction.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing search engine solutions.
• Proficiency in AWS services including EC2, S3, and Lambda.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data processing.
• Experience with Apache Solr, Elasticsearch, or similar search engine platforms.
• Strong understanding of search engine relevance, optimization, and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with machine learning and AI techniques for search relevance.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of data visualization and analytics tools.
