Build and optimize enterprise search solutions using machine learning and the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Implement NLP and text processing techniques to enhance search capabilities.
• Interpret complex business rules to develop functional search products.
• Solve technical problems independently while supporting broader team objectives.
• Prioritize business goals and adapt to changing technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional technology experience.
• 3+ years of Enterprise Search experience.
• Deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform.
• Practical experience with Machine Learning and AI.
• Proficiency in Java, MySQL, and jQuery.
• Experience with Oracle (APPS) and Oracle Cloud Technical-PaaS.
• Strong background in NLP and text processing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating ML models into production search pipelines.
• Familiarity with other enterprise search platforms like Elasticsearch.
