Required Skills

• 3+ years of relevant experience in the technology industry.
• 1+ years of Enterprise Search experience.
• Proficiency in Java and J2EE.
• Experience with MySQL and database integration.
• Competency in jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, and Angular.
• Ability to interpret complex business rules and solve technical problems.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow platform and ServiceNow Service Portal knowledge.
• Graduate degree in Computer Science.
• Experience with NLP and text processing.
