Description

Lead L3 threat resolution and operational security management across cloud and on-premise infrastructure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Resolve security threats and incidents as an L3 responder.
• Manage alerts and insights from SIEM, SOAR, EDR, vulnerability management, and AppSec tools.
• Conduct periodic vulnerability assessments and manage the full lifecycle of findings across AWS, Linux/Windows, containers, and applications.
• Ensure compliance with FedRAMP standards across all IT systems and processes.
• Monitor security posture, report on breaches, and update security policies to meet regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in the IT industry.
• 5+ years of experience leading security operations.
• Extensive experience with AWS cloud security best practices and frameworks.
• Proficiency with SIEM, SOAR, and EDR tools.
• Hands-on experience with AppSec tools and vulnerability management.
• Strong technical knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience managing security controls for FedRAMP, PCI, ISO 27001, or HIPAA.
• Ability to lead incident response investigations and remediation efforts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with container security and application-level security controls.
