Description

You secure infrastructure, databases, and web systems by integrating controls into business processes. You monitor for threats, assess vulnerabilities, and mitigate findings to improve security posture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems for potential security concerns and respond to alerts from information security tools.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, threat modeling, and security architecture reviews for new products.
• Design and configure infrastructure systems to mitigate findings and improve security posture.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to communicate, remediate, and educate on security best practices.
• Research security trends and unauthorized access methods to preemptively prevent breaches.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of experience in security or a related industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in secure coding and development.
• Proficiency in Python, Ruby, or React.
• Deep understanding of common application security vulnerabilities.
• Expertise in the application security domain.
• Practical experience with SDLC and CI/CD integration.
• Experience working across all stages of the application lifecycle.
• Ability to communicate security vulnerabilities to key stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified Security – Specialty.
