Description

You will lead security operations, manage the security tool stack, and oversee GRC compliance for the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a growing team of security professionals.
• Evaluate, implement, and manage the security tool stack.
• Oversee GRC initiatives including SOC reporting, HIPAA, ISO, and GDPR compliance.
• Partner with development teams to integrate security into the SDLC and mitigate AI-related vulnerabilities.
• Act as the primary security and privacy point of contact for client RFP responses.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in security operations or a related field.
• Proven experience managing or building a SecOps team.
• Deep knowledge of Windows environments.
• Hands-on experience with GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO standards.
• Experience managing client-facing security and privacy discussions.
• Familiarity with Linux, Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure.
• Experience evaluating and implementing modern security platforms.
