Description

You will manage and maintain IBM Security Identity and Access Management solutions within a federal environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM), Security Identity Manager (ISIM), Verify Governance, Verify Access, and Directory Server.
• Build mapping rules and configure IdP/Authorization servers using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC Federation.
• Configure multiple instances of IBM Security products for High Availability (HA).
• Support Authority to Operate (ATO) processes by creating artifacts, control implementation details, DISA STIGs, and POAMs.
• Conduct security analysis and remediation of vulnerabilities using IBM Security tools and manage complex system records in CSAM.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience implementing IAM technologies and services.
• 5+ years of experience with IdM protocols, standards, and documenting solution designs.
• Deep expertise in ISIM (RBAC, workflows, reconciliation, data feed integrations) and ISAM (Groups, ACLs, object space).
• Hands-on experience with IBM Security Provisioning, WebSEAL, and Advance Access Control.
• Proficiency with Unix, Linux, and AIX environments.
• Development experience using Java, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
• Experience with ISIM adapters, including Active Directory and SAP adapters.
• Technical knowledge of WebSphere, TDS, and DB2.
• Experience with NIST security controls, RMF, FISMA, and FISCAM criteria.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of FedRAMP and cloud technology.
• Experience with IRS Publication 1075 security controls.

Ability to obtain a public trust clearance is required.
