Description

You will manage first-point escalation for technical and process security issues, troubleshooting problems and performing root cause analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot reported security problems and perform root cause analysis on security events.
• Create and modify firewall rule sets, policies, and security device configurations.
• Monitor security logs for alerts to troubleshoot and remediate issues as necessary.
• Configure access solutions, including remote and site-to-site VPNs, across security platforms.
• Monitor vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and compliance solutions.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in firewall solution delivery (upgrade, research, build, deploy, administration, support).
• Proven hands-on experience with firewall technologies and knowledge of network security.
• Familiarity with Cisco network and security administration.
• Experience with Azure Network Security Groups and Application Security Groups.
• Knowledge of networking communications and security principles.
• Ability to document and improve existing security processes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to present technical ideas in business-friendly language.
