Description

You will manage security operations, incident response, and monitoring activities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Information Security Service Now and MSS ticket queue.
• Investigate security issues including malware, data leakage, network abuse, and phishing attempts.
• Monitor and tune security alerts from SIEM and IPS/IDS systems.
• Document, audit, and validate security controls and system logs.
• Collect and document security metrics for reporting to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT, database management, and high-exposure end-user situations.
• In-depth expertise in Windows-based desktop and server technologies.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and networking.
• Hands-on experience with IBM QRadar.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco FirePower.
• Familiarity with SIEM and IPS/IDS systems.
• Database management experience.
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
