Description

You will function as an Access and Identity Management Administrator focusing on Access Control Management (ACM) and account management processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage account provisioning and de-provisioning for customers and partners across various technology environments.
• Apply ACM best practices for password resets and general account management within a multi-domain organization.
• Collaborate with project staff and stakeholders to improve and integrate identity management processes.
• Develop and update technical documentation for processes and procedures.
• Participate in a rotating 24x7 on-call schedule.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience with Access Control Management (ACM) and account provisioning best practices.
• 5 years of experience with Microsoft Entra (Azure) cloud services.
• 5 years of experience with Active Directory Users and Computers.
• 5 years of experience managing change management controls within CRM ticketing systems such as Cherwell or ServiceNow.
• 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• 5 years of experience applying business communication principles and techniques.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot Identity and Access Management issues for software.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using PowerShell to provide account information.
• Experience supporting access to Microsoft O365 suite of services.
• Experience with Active Directory provisioning in multi-domain or multi-directory environments.
