Description

You manage access and identity controls for customers and partners across multi-domain environments. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage account provisioning and de-provisioning across various technology environments.
• Apply Access Control Management best practices for password resets and general account management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve and integrate identity management processes.
• Develop and update technical documentation for processes and procedures.
• Participate in a rotating 24x7 on-call schedule.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience with Access Control Management (ACM) and account provisioning.
• 5 years of experience with Microsoft Entra (Azure) cloud services.
• 5 years of experience with Active Directory Users and Computers.
• 5 years of experience managing change controls in CRM ticketing systems (Cherwell or ServiceNow).
• 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot Identity and Access Management issues.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using PowerShell to provide account information.
• Experience supporting access to the Microsoft O365 suite.
• Experience with Active Directory provisioning in multi-domain or multi-directory environments.
