Description

You will conduct comprehensive assessments of the organization’s security posture to identify vulnerabilities and enhance cyber resilience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the potential impact of security vulnerabilities and prioritize risks based on severity and consequence.
• Analyze and create cyber risk reports to develop structured strategies for risk enhancement.
• Perform simulated attacks to identify vulnerabilities and exploit weaknesses to assess real-world breach risks.
• Assess overall security architecture and recommend improvements for a robust security posture.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and validate that security controls meet compliance standards.
• Build a baseline view of end-to-end security capabilities across personnel, processes, policies, and technologies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security projects focusing on security posture assessment.
• Strong knowledge of IT security, cybersecurity, and security risk management.
• Experience with Network Security design and Active Directory management and architecture.
• Proficiency in conducting vulnerability assessments and analyzing security controls and configurations.
• Technical certification in CISM, CISSP, CEH, or Cloud Security.
• Cybersecurity certification in CRISC, OSCP, ISACA, GIAC, or ISO2701.
• Ability to interpret assessment results, prioritize risks, and recommend effective resolutions.
• Understanding of technology-related issues and their impact on business operations.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NIST Cybersecurity Framework and Risk Management Framework.
• Knowledge of banking business and information technology practices and trends.
