You will manage security measures to protect computer networks and systems through rigorous analysis and role migration.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute security measures to protect organizational networks and systems.
• Map and migrate security roles from PeopleSoft to Workday using RBAC best practices.
• Conduct security risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address vulnerabilities.
• Implement security policies, governance frameworks, and compliance controls.
• Provide training and documentation regarding Workday security policies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience conducting security analysis and documenting PeopleSoft roles and permission lists.
• 8+ years of experience mapping and migrating security roles to Workday.
• 8+ years of experience implementing SOX, GDPR, and NIST compliance controls.
• 8+ years of experience conducting security risk assessments.
• 8+ years of experience developing solutions to mitigate security risks.
• Workday Pro Security Certification.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Deep understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
