Description

Process security assessments and conduct quality assurance checks within the Security Service Delivery Centre.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Process security assessments following Standard Operating Procedures and established policies.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure alignment with standard procedures.
• Manage complex cases using electronic case management systems and provide advice on outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage caseloads effectively.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills to decipher data, assess cases, and provide accurate advice.
• High level of attention to detail to examine data and identify security risks.
• Commitment to quality assurance in processes and documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Experience navigating between various technical systems.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to obtain Australian Government Security Clearance.
• Experience working with State or Federal Government, preferably Defence.
