Description

You will manage security operations and policy implementation as the environment transitions from hybrid to cloud-only.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage firewall policies using Cisco ASA and Meraki MX.
• Monitor and secure Windows and Linux server environments.
• Apply NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST RMF, and MITRE framework principles to existing platforms.
• Utilize Nessus, Defender, and Tanium for vulnerability scanning and threat detection.
• Support the migration from hybrid infrastructure to Azure-only cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in information technology security and systems analysis.
• 4+ years of experience with firewall implementation and best practices.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud computing and cloud security.
• Proficiency in KQL, PowerShell, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Working knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST RMF, and MITRE frameworks.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
• CJIS certification or ability to obtain it.

Preferred Skills

• Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, Security+, OSCP, or CISA.
