Key Responsibilities

• Enroll, configure, and manage Windows, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Android devices using Microsoft Intune.
• Package, deploy, and maintain Win32, Line-of-Business (LOB), and Microsoft Store applications through Intune.
• Configure and manage Windows Update for Business deployment rings and feature updates.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Purview Sensitivity Labels to classify, protect, and encrypt sensitive data.
• Configure Trainable Classifiers, Exact Data Match (EDM), and Sensitive Information Types for Microsoft Information Protection.
• Evaluate and implement Microsoft 365 security features across E3, E5, and Business Premium licensing.
• Develop and enforce endpoint security policies, compliance policies, and security baselines.
• Monitor device inventory, identify software vulnerabilities, and coordinate remediation activities.
• Support endpoint security, software lifecycle management, and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure deployment and management of end-user devices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5+ years of IT experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (Office 365) administration and security.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager).
• Experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Android devices.
• Experience deploying Win32, LOB, and Microsoft Store applications.
• Knowledge of Windows Update for Business.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview Information Protection, Sensitivity Labels, EDM, and Data Classification.
• Experience implementing endpoint security policies and security baselines.
• Experience with vulnerability remediation and software lifecycle management.
• Strong troubleshooting and desktop support experience for Microsoft environments
