You will manage technical project tasks and daily operations within CSIS applications, focusing on entitlements and troubleshooting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute entitlements work and resolve daily application issues.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely solution delivery.
• Identify emerging physical security technologies and develop proofs of concept.
• Document all coding, functionality, and user-level training materials.
• Deliver technical briefings to internal user groups and senior business leaders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical project management or operations.
• Proficiency in T-SQL and PL/SQL coding.
• Experience with access control systems such as Honeywell Prowatch or Gallagher.
• Familiarity with biometric capture and identification solutions including Iris, Vision Pass, or Morpho.
• Experience with CJIS enrollment and channeling solutions.
• Knowledge of video management software such as Salient, Maxpro, Verint, or Hanwha.
• Proficiency with MS Project.
• 4-year university degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience.
