Description

Own the enterprise AI security architecture and strategy, aligning business goals with risk management practices across complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Define secure-by-design patterns and standards for AI/ML systems, ensuring consistent adoption of NIST AI RMF, MITRE ATLAS, CIS, and ISO 27001.
• Establish architectural governance to enforce AI security standards, influencing design decisions early in the lifecycle to reduce downstream risk.
• Evaluate AI frameworks, agents, vector databases, and third-party platforms for security posture and enterprise readiness.
• Partner with enterprise stakeholders to balance innovation speed with risk tolerance and regulatory expectations.
• Monitor emerging AI threats and industry best practices to inform ongoing security strategy and tooling rationalization.

Required Skills

• 8–12+ years in cybersecurity engineering or architecture within complex enterprise environments.
• 2–4+ years hands-on experience securing or reviewing AI/ML systems and platforms.
• Deep understanding of LLM architectures, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns.
• Expertise in end-to-end ML pipelines (training, validation, deployment, inference).
• Knowledge of AI model supply chain risks, including model registries, containers, and open-source components.
• Strong grasp of Zero Trust and identity-centric security models.
• Cloud security experience across Azure, AWS, and GCP.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior technical and business leaders.
