Description

You will design and oversee technical security architecture to increase organizational maturity and ensure secure system deployments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical security architecture guidance and oversight to drive security maturity.
• Develop processes, standards, guidelines, and policies for implementing security architecture principles within projects.
• Articulate technical risks and proposed solutions to staff and management through written and verbal documentation.
• Manage multiple enterprise-wide programs simultaneously while reporting progress via KPIs and metrics.
• Contribute to security strategy, policy development, and service delivery objectives.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in technical security architecture and engineering.
• Expertise in secure cloud architecture deployments across Azure and AWS.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps, SDLC, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical knowledge of SABSA and TOGAF architecture principles.
• Experience implementing security defenses including WAF, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and DLP.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, NIST CSF, and PCI DSS.
• Proficiency in identity management (AD, LDAP) and application security (SAST/DAST).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related IT field.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP or CCSP certification.
• Additional certifications such as CISA or CISM.
