Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and drive Flipkart's secure-by-design security architecture across infrastructure platforms, hybrid cloud environments, and orchestration layers.
• Architect, implement, and modernize next-generation SOC capabilities, including core SIEM and SOAR platforms for scale, performance, and resilience.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML and LLM-based proof-of-concept solutions to automate security operations, enhance threat correlation, and generate intelligent remediation actions.
• Build robust, high-performance security architectures to support Threat Hunting, Forensics, and Incident Response at scale, with a strong focus on security data pipelines.
• Embed security into IT and cloud infrastructure lifecycles, ensuring monitoring and defense capabilities are integrated from the design phase.
• Lead innovation and research initiatives to modernize SOC operations through advanced automation and intelligent security tooling.
• Architect and mature incident response workflows and integrate actionable threat intelligence across security platforms.
• Establish, document, and implement repeatable SOC processes aligned with industry best practices and operational compliance.
• Design and integrate security controls and monitoring solutions for multi-cloud environments (GCP and Azure), ensuring consistent security posture.
• Provide architectural oversight and expert guidance across enterprise network, compute, and core infrastructure layers.
• Act as a technical mentor to security architects and SOC analysts, elevating team capability in modern security architecture and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate closely with IT, Cloud Engineering, and Development teams to drive adoption of security architecture standards and solutions.

Experience Required:

• 10 - 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, including significant experience in security architecture and SOC operations.
• Strong expertise in SIEM and SOAR platforms, security monitoring, and incident response at enterprise scale.
• Proven hands-on experience applying AI/ML and LLMs to security use cases and automation.
• Experience designing security solutions for hybrid and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex security transformation initiatives and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
