Design and implement secure hybrid cloud architectures and identity-centric security frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate private cloud implementations into well-defined blueprints using cloud security products.
• Design IAM architectures centered on Zero Trust principles, shifting defenses from network perimeters to users, assets, and resources.
• Manage the selection and architecture of cloud-native and third-party security tools and controls.
• Lead teams focused on IAM, network structuring, and self-service security experiences.
• Act as a technical thought leader for CISOs and executive sponsors regarding emerging security technologies.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of qualified experience in IT security and system architecture.
• Hands-on experience delivering secure hybrid cloud architectures across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.
• Deep knowledge of virtualization, containerization, microservices, and serverless computing.
• Expertise in Kubernetes security, RHCOS security, and securing CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in IAM security, including IGA, IDaaS, PAM, MFA, and policy as code (OPA, Cedar).
• Strong understanding of risk management, encryption, secrets management, and data protection.
• Practical application of security frameworks: ISO 27001, NIST CSF, NIST SSDF, CIS controls, OWASP Top 10, SAMM, GDPR, SOX, and TOGAF.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP certification.
• Additional certifications: OSCP, CCSP, CISM, CISA, or CEH.
