Description

You will design and secure application migration projects with a focus on Workday environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate security architectures using established control frameworks and threat modeling techniques.
• Recommend security enhancements for application migration projects.
• Identify, document, and develop mitigation strategies for potential security risks.
• Define security value and logging requirements to support SOC integration and threat detection.
• Ensure all security measures comply with organizational policies and control frameworks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Security Architect.
• Proven experience in Workday security architecture, design, implementation, and migration.
• Deep knowledge of security control frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with threat modeling techniques.
• Strong understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Ability to participate in daily standups and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams in hybrid or remote settings.
• Background in large-scale enterprise application migrations.
