Description

You will lead the security architecture vision and strategy for the organization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Shape the security architecture strategy and translate high-level goals into actionable roadmaps and reference architectures.
• Provide architectural oversight to ensure alignment with security standards, business goals, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the Security Architecture team and provide guidance to the current Security Architect.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to embed security practices into technology initiatives.
• Guide security reviews, architectural assessments, and risk management processes for major projects and systems.

Required Skills

• Proven experience overseeing and directing security architecture functions.
• Minimum experience level of Senior Manager; Director-level experience preferred.
• Expertise in Security, Architecture, Regulation, and Governance.
• Ability to translate complex security architecture concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience identifying and addressing security gaps across enterprise systems.
• Capability to mature a security architecture function within a newly built cybersecurity team.
• Strong skills in advising stakeholders on security policies and governance frameworks.
