Description

Design and integrate security controls across the enterprise technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Conduct architecture reviews and threat modeling to identify and mitigate risks.
• Design security controls and model attack vectors to protect infrastructure and applications.
• Develop and maintain security technologies, diagrams, processes, and procedures.
• Guide operations teams in building security into infrastructure and architecture designs.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in security architecture or related roles.
• Deep knowledge of AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud services (SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with authentication and authorization standards including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML 2.0.
• Understanding of architecture patterns such as three-tier, monolith, and microservices.
• Knowledge of enterprise security tools: EDR, IDS/IPS, SIEM, DLP, IAM, and microsegmentation.
• Familiarity with application security tools like HTTP/TCP proxies, fuzzers, and scanners.
• Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and encryption standards.
• Competency with SOA, HTTP, SSL/TLS, LDAP, JDBC, Servlet/JSP, SQL, HTML, and XML.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP, SANS/GIAC, or AWS certifications.
• Scripting ability in Python, BASH, or PowerShell for automation.
