Description

You will lead the architecture, design, and development of a next-generation security platform, owning major components from design to release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium-sized development teams through the architecture and implementation of core platform features.
• Collaborate with US-based counterparts to define and execute platform strategy.
• Diagnose and repair defects reported by a global customer and partner ecosystem.
• Scale and grow the software development team in Pune.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale applications.
• Expertise in object-oriented development using core Java, specifically concurrency and multithreading.
• Extensive knowledge of software architecture, data structures, and modern design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL technologies.
• Experience building streaming data pipelines using Spark and Kafka.
• Working knowledge of security applications including antivirus, IDS/IPS, and firewalls.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring teams through the full software development life cycle.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes.

• Startup work experience.
